3. Hosting and technical infrastructure

This platform is operated on the infrastructure of Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated). The database is provided by Supabase. Server locations are within the European Union. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision).

4. User accounts and login

A user account is required to use the Dialogue Intelligence platform. Your email address and an encrypted password are stored. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). You can have your account deleted at any time.

5. Conversation content and AI processing

Dialogue Intelligence is a dialogue-oriented AI application. The texts you enter are processed to generate responses and stored in your user account so that conversations can be continued.

To generate responses, your inputs are transmitted to external AI service providers. These providers process the data solely to answer your request under existing data processing agreements.

Please do not enter any special categories of personal data relating to third parties into the dialogue. Stored conversation content can be deleted by you at any time.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

6. Newsletter

We need your email address to send you the newsletter. Registration follows the double opt-in procedure; we store the consent text, time, and IP address as proof. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and can be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. Contact form

We store the information you provide via the contact form in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

8. Server log files

When you access the pages, technical data is automatically stored: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of the request, and IP address.

9. Cookies

This platform uses technically necessary cookies, in particular for login. Necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

10. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption, indicated by "https://" in the address bar.

11. Storage period

Your data remains with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies or you request deletion, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.

12. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may revoke any consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
