General Terms & Conditions

Our terms apply to all Life-Scouting Academy training programmes and subscriptions to the AI platform Dialogue Intelligence — "Dialogein.ai". Trips, seminars, and lectures may be organised entirely by external partners. External events on the website are subject to their own terms. "Events" cover all activities involving Helmut-Whitey von Kritzinger. In UK jurisdictions the terms of AEON-LIFE Ltd. apply; in the USA and Asia, those of Silent-Gold-Retreats LLC or partners in Singapore and New Delhi. For external retreats and events the Foundation acts only as platform provider and does not assume organiser duties under national or international law (e.g. EU Directive 2015/2302). VAT treatment follows Directive 2006/112/EC (Art. 44, 45, 196) in conjunction with §§ 3a and 13b UStG, likewise the reverse-charge procedure for self-employed persons and businesses. The terms of the respective organiser apply exclusively and are clearly shown at checkout.

For all mutual claims arising from a contract between the customer and seminar organisers, our general terms apply, with particular reference to the codes above. Invoicing is handled by the respective organisers in the version and jurisdiction valid at the time of the contract.

All "events" (seminars, retreats, lectures, trips, coachings, and other activities with or involving Helmut-Whitey von Kritzinger) serve personal development and self-experience only. They are not, and do not replace, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, treatment, or diagnosis. Participation is at your own responsibility; no promises of healing are made. The same fully applies to the AI dialogue platform Dialogein.ai.

Booking

Seminar bookings are made with the seminar organiser via the registration form provided. If an event has to be cancelled due to a pandemic or force majeure and rescheduled, the same dates and conditions apply to events held online. Your registration remains binding unless you object at least three weeks before the seminar begins or at registration.

The booking is only binding for the organiser once the corresponding deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been issued by the organiser. Accommodation and travel to the respective event are not part of the seminar service. All prices are net.

Registration confirmation and invoice

The registration becomes binding for both sides upon confirmation by the provider / organiser. You will receive an invoice with the confirmation, payable at the latest three weeks before the seminar begins. If invoicing occurs later than three weeks before the seminar, proof of payment must be provided at the latest at the start of the event.

Travel

Participants organise their own travel to the seminar location. The organiser is happy to help arrange hotel lists and ride-shares but cannot provide guarantees.

Seminar descriptions

The basis of every open seminar is the respective written or online seminar description. If individual details of the description conflict with the terms, the description prevails. Meals, travel, and accommodation are not included in the seminar fee unless expressly stated in the description.

Seminar registration

A prerequisite for participation is a good command of spoken German or English. Participation in any seminar does not replace therapy. Registration is possible by email, phone, in person, or by post and is thus binding for the applicant; it always requires written confirmation by the Life-Scouting Academy (licensed by the Kritzinger Foundation).

Seminar services and fees — Financial Wellness & Mindful Shopping

The seminar fees and underlying services are set out in the description for each seminar. The amount becomes due upon confirmation of registration. Klarna offers attractive payment terms.

Cancellation by the organiser

The organiser may cancel a seminar at any time for important reasons (pandemic, indisposition of an additionally engaged seminar leader, lecturer, etc.) or exclude individual participants from participation without giving reasons even after confirmation. In this case, already-paid fees for the unused portion of the seminar are refunded less an administration fee of €100–300.

Cancellation by the participant

Up to 32 days before the seminar begins you can cancel free of charge. After that the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 24 – 31 days before the seminar: 25%
  • 16 – 23 days before the seminar: 30%
  • 7 – 15 days before the seminar: 50%
  • up to 6 days before the seminar: 100%

Cancellation must always be submitted in writing. These fees are waived if you nominate another participant in time (between 10 – 5 days before the event begins).

Participant conduct

All commercial activity during the seminar is prohibited. Every participant accepts the house rules of the organiser. A participant who disturbs a seminar through their behaviour may be excluded; in this case the full seminar fee remains payable.

Changes in delivery

In pandemic situations and other cases of force majeure, your registration is equally binding as an online seminar under the same conditions. Organisers reserve the right to change dates and locations in accordance with disaster and environmental regulations of the respective state.

All rights of reprint and reproduction of training materials or parts thereof are reserved by the respective organisers.
